Shop Doggy is an online boutique store based out of Sun Valley, Idaho. We specialize in fun and unique clothes, accessories and gadgets for you and your doggo.
✔️ Where is my order?
Good question! You can check the status of your order on our Order Status page. If you aren't able to track your order on that page please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond to all questions and inquiries within 24 hours, and most of the time must quicker than that!
✔️ Will I be charged customs fees?
This depends on the country you live in. We recommend you review your country's customs policies prior to ordering to determine what, if any, customs duties may be owed.
✔️ Something is missing from my order. What can I do?
While this happens rarely, mistakes do occasionally happen. If something is missing from your order or you received an incorrect item please e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will replace your item, or correct your order at no additional cost. We also offer a 60 day money back guarantee. So if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please let us know and we will begin the return process.
✔️ Can I cancel my order?
We can generally cancel an existing order within 24 hours from the order time. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our absolute best to cancel your order for you. If we aren't able to cancel your order you can return your item for a full refund.
