Refunds & Cancellations

Here at Shop Doggy Dogg we have a 60-day return policy.  If you don't like your product and want it out of your house as soon as possible just let us know and we will give you all of your money back!  

We just ask that your item is in the same condition that you received it, that it wasn't used at all, has all original tags and packaging and you provide proof of purchase.  We'll work with you if there are any issues with those things.

If your item was damaged upon receipt please let us know and we will either issue you a full refund or exchange the product for a non-defective one at no cost!
